Rudby Parish Council meetings are held on the second Monday of each month at 7:30pm in The Hub. Any changes to the date or time will be published on the relevant agenda.
Meetings are open to the public. An open forum takes place at the beginning of each meeting, providing residents with the opportunity to raise matters of concern. Members of the public may also submit questions in advance by emailing the Clerk at clerk@www.rudbyparishcouncil.gov.uk.
Extraordinary meetings and sub-Committee Meetings may be convened if required. Details of these meetings will be advertised on this website and/or on noticeboards throughout the Parish.
The Annual Parish Council Meeting is usually held in April. This meeting provides electors with a report on the Council’s activities over the previous year and an opportunity to ask questions.
In addition, the Annual Assemblies Meeting is held between March and June. At this meeting, the Chairman presents a report covering the Council’s work during the preceding year. Agendas for all annual meetings will be published on this website and/or displayed on Parish noticeboards.
